Sorry I wasn't posting regularly enough for you, I don't always have
something to say. Does that mean that I shouldn't post to THIS list?
Lurkers beware. No need to feel unappreciated, I have enjoyed your posts
and thought them very informative.

from a technical standpoint, you really offered little for this guy to go on
(well actually you did, in the compromise part)....... And for that, I
offerd some more objective reasoning to the lower and stiffer.....
I offered how much I enjoyed my car with the suspension it has, sorry if I
inferred that I might be poo-pooing any technical analysis. I do not have the
technical background (obviously) that you do. I like hearing from people
that have more technical information, I just don't like being harangued. The
continual orders to "do my homework" got a bit tiring and I'm sorry my
response reflected how inappropriate I thought it was.

Cool (insert 325 lowered)"........ Where is the math??????? Not sure your

That ad disgusts me too. I fail to see your logic on your remark though. I
mentioned fun, not looks.

will have less PC responses and more task oriented responses, and very little
patience for error (IMO no opologies necessary on that one, btw)...... And
based on the fact that the news of this group is getting more publicity, I'm
not sure the responses won't get more to task.....
I thought this was a co-operative kind of list where if one has something to
offer, one puts in their $.02. Maybe my post was more of a $.01 offering. I
received many responses regarding my last post which were positive. Your
dedication to helping with techinical problems is quite admirable and
appreciated by many. But the feeling I got from you is that maybe the rest
of us should just step aside and wait for the experts to answer all the
questions. I'm sure this isn't what you meant, but many of us out here don't
have your same expertise and now might be intimidated about sharing input.
This is a list of people who, before they found the list, thought that
nobody else cared about Audis. We are excited to see that there are other
Audi lovers out there who we can talk to, share experiences with and find
out that our Audi isn't the only one out there with some bizarre problem.
So, can we just continue to be one big (and ever growing) happy Quattro list
and enjoy our mutual admiration for these under appreciated fun cars? End.
