Bob, if that's the blue temp light it's OK. It indicates that the engine
is too cold to run up into boost and should go out slowly as the engine
warms up. I won't even put mine into gear to drive off 'till that blue
cold-temp light goes out. The red high-temp light flashing means the
coolant level is low, on steady indicates an actual high temp situation
that needs immediate attention, like stop NOW!
