Newbie 4000CS Questions

I got the fog_light.txt file from the archives, but it was pretty much 
nothing - so I thought I'd post my query and see what kind of
responses I get.

My 86 4000CS  has two light switches on dash (in addition to the 
normal one for headlights). What are these for? I notice there
are two sets of white reflectors below the bumpers, can I add 
driving/fog lights here (are they supposed to be lights?).
