I will give a vote for Schaumberg Audi in Schaumberg (NW of Chicago), IL. Great
support from Craig Jones who runs their service. He is also the developer of
the only useable performance package for the V6.

Jacobs Motorsport in Naperville IL are also ok, but as a Porsche, BMW,
Rangerover delaer, they dilute their interest - a frankly without the V8, there
are not the sort of $$ in the Audi business that you see in the other marques.
If the Audi gods want our $$, you should see what they take from those BMW
groupies for 7 & 8 series parts!!
