Heater Blower Replacement

Someone a few months ago had a way to replace the heater blower motor 
from the top in the engine compartment which required the breaking of 
only one screw to do it, and that turned a 8 hour job into a 1 hour job, 
I'd REALLY like to know how to do cause the blower needs to be relaced on 
both my car and my dads and I really don't look forward to doing two days 
of blower repair.
