Cant help with the wheel stuff, but there are almost no US FHA/EPA approved V6
mods. However Schaumberg Audi have a few: Chip, throttle body, and air cleaner
which will give you better breathing above 3000 rpm, and some punch over 4500.
You must remeber to use the throttle. This audi has a non-linear reponse which
requires you to push harder for more, as opposed to setting the rate of
acceleration using the throttle. In short the more you need, and the earlier
you need it, the more throttle is needed, twice as much as a Camry.
