I am using Sierra in both the 5k and in my Beemer ... no problems with
water pumps yet.  

While I agree that using a water pump for a cam belt tensioner isn't the
brightest idea to come from those Teutonic techies, changing a water pump
on a 5 does not force you to pull the head.  You don't even need to pull
off the valve cover ;)
