Use a heat gun to soften the adhesive, then gently peel the sticker off.
Any residual glue can be removed by some 'General Purpose Adhesive Remover
(TM)' available at your local body shop supply house. Or you might want to
try some WD40 (TM) which will also dissolve many types of goo.
