There is some general-purpose adhesive remover with the brand name 
"Motzenbacher's" (hey, I'm serious...) which comes ina a three-stripe 
spray can.  Stripes are red, yellow, and blue, I believe.  This is 
GREAT stuff!!  I found it at a Hi/Lo auto parts store, so it's 
probably availabe at other places.  I use it for tape, stickers, 
labels on new purchases - it's super!!
