I just returned from Tokyo last night, with Jet Lag from Hell.
I was fortunate to visit the Makuhari Messe and see the show with Press passes.
The Audi TTs is really cool.  It is kind of a bad boy modern version of a bathtub
Porsche Speedster.  The Audi folks let me sit in it and Photograph that whole 
puppy including under the bonnet where that 1.8 resides sideways. Yes it is true, 
it is based on A3 Running gear except this puppy has monster brakes.
I love this car.  Even details like the doors had exposed brushed aluminium door 
beams!  BMW had a roadster sort of with bare essentials (not the Z3) but with a 
rear K1100 Motorcycle motor. A german Lotus 7.
The A8 was on the stand!!!!!!!!!!

A Lot of other cool cars that we cannot get over here.  Missing was Alfa, Fiat, 
and Lancia.  Alpina and Buggati shared a stand. Alpina had the new 3 series with a 
V8 shoehorned into it. That looks fast. BMW=Roppongi Taxi.
