Since your car calls for a GL4 (it's not specifically listed
on the flyer) you can use either one.  Both MTL and MT90 are
GL4, but MTL is 75-80w while MT90 is 75-90w.

For the differential, you need a GL5 75-90 and the Redline oil
for this is called "Redline 75w90".  Do NOT get the "75w90NS"
oil, it is different.
