   The State Police, in their stassi garb will be out with the
   express purpose of giving out tickets to all motorists
   without their seatbelts on.  Since Mass. law forbids 
   these State Revenue Enhancers/Insurance Company Lackeys
   from pulling over motorists JUST because of the 
   seatbelt, they will be "enforcing" the speed limits
   up to and including anyone even 1MPH over the limit.
   They have instructions to "go easy" on the speeding,
   and be harsh in ticketing expired inspection stickers
   and especially Seat Belt Usage.  

   This info is straight from the hoars...err horses mouth a
   relative in law enforcement.
