Sorry for the delay in responding. I was unable to E-Mail those that 
were interested directly.
The method involves using a precise bubble level to measure caster. I 
zero out the floor using a square  and the bubble level.  The toe in 
measurement is made using a modified laser pointer.  I would be able 
to supply a set for under $80.  If anyone still interested E-Mail me
