I've noticed that the car is sluggish upon startup and that it takes longer to
warmup now. I checked tire pressure and restored it to what I usually have it
set at. Also, I'm going to change to 10w40 from 20w50 next week (and replace
the fuel pump). I've heard that the EPA won't be mandating oxy fuels for New
England this winter as air quality levels have improved in Boston.
