My '87 is 10:1 and lost a timing belt at about 80mph-4000rpm and nothing
happened to it. I don't think it's because I'm lucky, because I'm not.
The maximum amount of money would go into the car for the given range of
possibilities. It sorta goes like this:
a=possible damage
b=dollars for repair (Audi God payment/sacrifice)
2a+2b= Bob's luck
