more Audi vs. BMW

Why does everyone think that BMWs are more reliable than Audis?  My friend
drives a 1994 318is.  His driver's side door panel came off once when he
slammed the door.  Another time when he was at the car wash one of his
precious BMW "twin kidney" grills fell off!  I have even read a report of a
long term test of a BMW 535i where the engine had to be replaced at only
25,000 miles.  (It was replaced under warranty of course!)  My ten year old
Audi still looks (almost) new.  Compare that with ten year old BMWs!

Who was it that said that 3-series Bimmers were overrated?  I agree with you
totally.  They are so cheesy!
