Blue Book for 1991 Coupe Quattro

Does anybody know roughly what the Blue Book value range is for
a 1991 Coupe Quattro?

Lookin up Edmunds Online I see a Wholesale value of $13100. Is
this what I could expect to get from a dealer, adjusted down
for high mileage (86K) and cosmetic blemishes (stone chips in
front paint and windscreen, worn leather on drivers seat)?

I spoke to one dealer yesterday who offered me $8500, this seems
waaay too low.
