Ummmmmm Why KYB's? There is MUCH better out there. The next question to
ask is what are you trying to achive with the suspension? That will
determine the Springs/Shocks/Struts.

Only Replace the Cat if it's plugged or your going with a high flow cat.
As for Mufflers find a low restriction turbo style muffler that you can
live with. Any time that you open up the exhaust with more flow it will
get louder. Dynomax and Flowmaster are prolly the two highest flowing
turbos that you can get.

Forget a chip in a atmo car. As for T.A.P. Their history has been well
documented on this list, They tend to make cars go BOOM!

Go aftermarket on the alloys it will be less expensive. Try going at
least plus one for the aggressiviness, maybe a Dunlop D60/A2 JLB they
work pretty good, Several listers have seen my car or run in my car with
them and for a lowcost performance tire there great.

Get one. BUT you have to follow the instructions to maintain the benifits.
