When I used to have the original Cincinatti Microwave's Passport, I had
tapped the wiring to the lighter. I then lead the wire underneath the
dash, through the A-pillar and up to the roof. I mounted the radar
detector near the rear view mirror. Basically, you would need 2 wire
tappers and a very long wire with appropriate connector for radar
detector at the end.
