FW: Disappointed with Audi of America's customer service??!! (fwd)

>I am the owner of a 1992 CS100 Quattro (30K miles).  In the last 3 years, I
>have had many problems with my car including a stinking catalytic converter;
>rotten-egg smell that does not go away. I was told by Audi of America (AoA)
>that this is not a problem with the car, it's a problem with the gasoline
>sold in the US!!!! (the salesman who sold me the car neglected to tell me
>this).  This is embarrassing.

Hate to break it to you, but this is caused by cheap gas. Sulfur is the gas
causes the smell. The fact that the sulfur causes the smell is actually a
sign that the cat is working very well. Stop buying gas at the local
stop'n'rob and get some good gas like Chevron or Exxon.
