On saterday I had just finished washing and waxing the quattro and relized I
was out of vinyl protectant, I picked up a bottle od Turtle Wax "clear
guard". It worked great on my 87' 5ktq but that does not mean much,the rubber
is in good shape, but my brother tried it on his immaculate 83' 5ks. He says
it is the best stuff he has ever used to get his trim bAck to the original
luster. You can buy a small bottle to give it a go for @ $3.00.
