Flossing the teeth for that q shine

That is a common malady with the q's.......   The distributor on the tqc and
5ktq's have a very limited "acceptable" operating range (like +/- 2 degrees)
before there is a no read or/and error code (mac-11 and later)......
 Baseline for advancing the cam tooth is to set the dist to TDC to the
flywheel after the cam has been adv/ret, cuz the adv/ret of the cam has the
direct result of adv/ret the dist by more than the margin of error.....  I
have found that this baseline may or may not be accurate enought to not get
an error code.....  So, get the channeloks and turn that dist till you get
the window......  I know, very scientific, but it works ......
