Scott,

It's also a $5 fine for 64 in a 55 zone in WV.  That's only a $5 fine 
but you also get to add in $80 court costs.  :-(  Those WV magistrate 
courts are awfully expensive to run.  Ya see minimum wage clerks are 
really expensive.  :-)
