Turn up the radio.  :)

THe 4000/80/90's have that typical lifter noise on startup. It generally 
quiets down after a few seconds, or at the latest when the car warms up. 
If not, you can help it along with a little marvel Mystery Oil when you 
do oil changes... but other than that it is normal and nothing to worry 
about.
