Nay. "quattro" (I think it is always lower case) is a trademark (or 
registered?) that's exclusively of Audi cars, specifically full-time, 4 
wheel drive of after 1979 (or so).

I think there are listservs for 4x4 ("four-by-four"), "off-roaders," and 
"trucks." I wouldn't be surprised if there is listserv exclusively for 
Ford 4x4 F-series trucks.
