Re: Snow Design - kinda long
i have pirelli 210's on my corrado and it's a great snow tire but because
it's not studdable, it can't deal with the ice that we frequently get
here. my friend also has 210's on his VW jetta GLI and he got stuck once
on an icy incline.
the rikens that i have for my v8 suck on everything except snow and ice
where it really earns its oats. for that reason, i'm enslaved to putting
them on and taking them off a couple of times every winter. (plus, i'm
a lot kinder to the rutted roads)
what's studdable and yet have pirelli 210 characteristics of stiff
sidewalls, low noise and just overall excellence?
