The other Bosch FI book mentioned is "Bosch Fuel Injection & Engine
Management", Charles O. Probst, SAE, Robert Bentley Publishers 1991,
ISBN 0-8376-0300-5.  It cost me $29.95 at Barnes & Noble in NYC, which
is the undiscounted price, BTW.  Robert Bentley Publishers can be
reached at (617) 547-4170; their address is 1000 Massachusetts Ave,
Cambridge, MA 02138, and the "Bentley Stock Number" for this book is
GFIB.  The Motorbooks International book looked interesting too.
