   I'd say it does apply to airplanes.  Anyone recall the Aloha airlines
   "convertible" 737?

Yeah. Important lesson there - don't put the top down when you're at
speed, wait until you've pulled over and stopped!

If only Audis were one-fourth as reliable and dependable as the average
airplane, oh how happy I would be . . . singing the praises of the won-
derful German engineering mindset (and even accepting the ****ing *COLD*
air out of the center dash vents with only a minor grumble...)
