     Yeah, right. The company cited is in Hong Kong, they wish
     to purchase vehicles FOB US Port. You sound more like
     someone who already has his hand in the cookie jar and
     doesn't want anyone else in there.  

     Basically criminal activity? What BS. Even if it were 
     "criminal" in the eyes of the Chinese Government, that's
     a ringing endorsement, especially from honest and
     dedicated individuals running that particular country.

     Selling vehicles overseas is NOT A CRIME, PERIOD.  The person
     asks for FOB American Port...yes, we're a bit socialist in this
     country, but a private sale between two parties is legal
     and moral.  Maybe we should NEVER sell our cars, hell, the
     buyer may just use it to rob a bank, carry drugs in the 
     trunk, or God forbid have pre-marital sex in the back
     seat...(those headrests make great footholds).

     Such transactions always are done with certain guarantees,
     such as LC's, and many other monetary guarantees between 
     parties.  Anyone capable of delivering 20/30 vehicles 
     a month is certainly aware of that. So go pound sand.
