Gee, I just had to add a quart of Castrol Syntec 5W50 to the '84 4KQ, after 
10,000 miles since the last change, a track event and several autocrosses, at 
~165,000 miles total. I wonder if my oil consumption will go up as I get up 
over 200,000 miles.....
