Chg timing belt/front crank seal/rotors

I checked the archives and found directions on changing timing belt for 5000.
 Are the same steps involved for the 100 (1990)?

Does anybody have directions on changing the front crank seal since I'll be
changing the timing belt as well?

I did not find archives for changing pads/rotors.  For a first timer with
plenty of time over the Xmas holiday, can someone give the steps.....TIA,
