Mike,

	I use a 'power bar' with a 1/2" drive that is about 22" long.  I 
then lean on it until all the weight is off one foot and the third toe of 
the other foot rises off the ground.  I figure this is somewhere near 80 
foot pounds.

	Never lost a wheel yet...    :-)
