heated seat switch not illuminating

Anyone has experience fixing the "illumination" problem of the heated 
seat switch.  Note, the switch works; only the light of the switch 
doesn't work.

One switch hasn't work for a while.  When I tried to swap the two 
switches, now both don't work.  Do I have to replace the switches or 
can they be repaired ?
