Greetings All

I've been gleaming some very useful information for the enlightened   
subscribers, and in turn have a question or two to pose to the greater   
consciousness.

I have repeatedly noticed references to a Bentley (Benetly?) manual   
explicitly covering the Quattro models;  I am interested in obtaining   
such a manual for my trusted winter companion:  a slightly rugged but   
truly admirable 1986 Audi 4000CS Quattro (Although here in the frigid   
arctic underworld of Quebec, Canada it is 4000SC.  The French   
interpretation, I'm told.)

The existing manual that I have in my possession is a less than accurate   
Hanyes manual, sold to me by a somewhat dim-witted attendant who firmly   
stated it was a proper manual for my vehicle [despite a sentence inside   
which states the contrary].  In any case, the manual falls short in even   
the most mundane aspects, leaving the self-professed amateur [me] in the   
dark.

My local searching has been in vain, it seems that exists not a single   
individual who has even heard of such a manual, so I am assuming it is   
available only from outside Canada.  If anyone could provide me with a   
point of sale or contract to purchase this manual I would be graciously   
indebted.

In addition, I have also had the misfortune as to be deprived of the   
original owners manual for said vehicle.  This has made even the most   
mundane operations a pull-and-curse affair.  I have tried to purchase the   
owners manual from a local dealership, but nearly fell on the floor when   
told the asking price : $186.00 CDN.  Suffice to say I would like to find   
an alternative source, or even perhaps a [photo]copy.  I would be more   
than willing to pay any coping charge and shipping charges.
