The hex is a 13 or 14mm if my memory serves correctly.....  And not readily
available.......  Some work with a die grinder on a bolt head with two jamb
nuts on it is a great audi tool replacement, and should cost only 2 bucks at
ACE.....

Well not so much to reset the mechanism, but if you screw it all the way down
it's too tight to self-adjust back out.....   A better rule of thumb is to
back it in just enough to put the pads in (which translates to about 3-4
turns from full in)
