where to find hot lead on 200?

Okay guys, I need some help... 
 
I've been foraging around in my engine bay for a hot (switched) lead for a
fog lamp relay and can't find a whole lot. If I pull the fuse box will I
find anything easily accessible underneath? Or should I find a lead under
the dash? 
 
The car is a 1990 200 automatic non quattro.
