I updated the light grid to correspond to what I see on my 
'83 QTC.  In terms of behavior ...

Turning on ignition without starting car illuminates:
 OXS, Oil, Overheat, Alternator and Brake (overheat flashes)
... seatbelt warning would be active if belt not fastened

After starting engine all lights are extinguished ...

This morning the temperature was ~50 degF and it took about
1.0 to 1.5 minutes for the Engine Coldlamp to be extinguished 
(mostly idling).  

When emergency flashers are activated both Hazard and Signals
lamps flash in unison.
