5k/200/100 conversion to four round headlamps

I have offered (and still am planning) to get a copy of a catalog that
includes a kit for fitting four round (5 1/4") lamps to the 5000/100/200. 
I recall a kit existed for the 80/90 also.  

My father will be in Germany in 60 days.  He'll have to pick it up for me
then.  I'll post my finding then and be willing to share copies will any/all.

P.S.  Please do not ask me for the info. now.  I will make a new post in
early March with my findings and ask if anyone is interested.  


I am certain about what the catalog contained.  I just don't know if we
can find a new copy or if the company is still in business.
