The average driver has all he/she can do to achieve "I".  Many 
have never made any effort to do "P&D" - they're too busy dialing 
their cellular phones or doing their makeup.  Many are not that 
competent with it comes to "E", unless it's defined as locking 
brakes and sliding into a pile they could drive around.  I feel like 
I have to do it for "them" to keep them from getting me in trouble.

Of course, there are those souls who want to know, and either are 
self-taught or attend driving schools to learn more!  Yay!

My "DREAM" vehicle for heavy traffic:  a 1963 International 
(Cornbinder) Travelall with 10" sewer-pipe bumpers.  Stands about 7 
feet high, weighs 3 tons, and they know they'll bounce off if they 
try you....you can change lanes or do whatever with impunity!  (You 
may now shake this nightmarish image out of your heads..... :-)
