Subject: 5000 Climate Control

In the "bugs".txt mention was made regarding problematic vaccuum 
Solinoids in the Climate Controler Progammer....
I take it that this is regarding that annoying condition which 
occurs
first infrequently and eventually becoming a permanent condition..
upon engaging the system in ANY MODE all air flow is directed from 
the DEFROST VENTS ONLY....a real pain in the ass on 105 degree 
days!!
Please tell me the location and proper proceedure for RR of these 
Felonious Solinoids, Where they may be purchased and $COST.
I have unconditional love for my 1986 5000CS Turbo Quattro with her 
flawless Pearl paint,140,000 miles of relatively trouble free driving 
(repalced rack, brake booster, fuel pump at 119,000...but thats IT 
for the entire 10 years! :)
