The doors on the Sport Q are directly interchangeable with those
from a 2-door 4000. That wouls also imply that the A piller is
like that of a 4000 as well (less raked than those on the coupes).

There were plenty of interior photos in various magazine articles.
If you must see a real interior you should contact Frank Beddor
(founder of the Quattro Club USA). He has a few Sport Qs and these
cars make their rounds at QCUSA events throughout the year. Even if
you don't get to see (and touch and hear and feel) these beasts in
person, you might be able to get some photos...
Basically, the Sport Q has a custom dashboard that uses many components
from other models. The main molded dash itself is a definite Sport Q-
only piece, but the instrument cluster is a modified 5000 Turbo unit,
the various knobs and buttons and vents are also sourced from the
normal Audi parts bin. The steering wheel is a standard-issue Audi unit.
The front seats are Recaro units with the open Audi headrests.
All the Sport Qs I've seen have these seats upholstered in a two-tone
grey (darker on the central, seating area, and lighter on the bolsters
and side supports). The darker area is made of suede while the ligher
area is leather. The back seat is similarly finished, although the back
seat in the Sport Q is really a joke. There is absolutely no leg room.
