Check the subframe bushings (when bad, the rubber breaks away from the metal
sleeve and allows the subframe to rise and fall as the wheels are turned) or
the nut that holds the strut bearing in place (if it's not tight -- as often
happens if the mechanic doesn't have the proper tool to tighten it -- you'll
get a clunk over bumps or when turning the wheel).  Since you say everything
was just replaced, I think the second one is the most likely ... oh, yeah: a
bad balljoint can cause this sound as well.
