Well, no stock S4/S6 can do 0-60 in sixo! According to my instruction manual for the
S4 Avant (Wagon) the number from 0-100 Km/h (62 mph) is 7,1 secs both with 5 and 6
speed box. With automatic (yuck) the number is 8,6 secs. I have clocked mine to
around sixo, but it has a bit more goodies than stock. Like some 50 horses more.
Anyway, I don't think 325's are a very hard match for a stock S4, given similar
skilled drivers. Not because the S4 is (much) faster, but because it handles better.
I have even smoked a M3 with mine. Well, "smoked" was maybe a bit to strong
expression, but he had to make way for me on the German Autobahn when his 250 km/h
speed limiter "stopped" him. When I passed he looked everything but pleased, having
a nasty look on his face as he stared right ahead while whipping his bimmer. I put
the needle to the bottom of the meter (280 km/h), before I had to slow down a bit
due to some slower traffic ahead. I could have taken it further. I can imagine what
the M3 guy felt as he was passed by an Audi Wagon doing more than 250 Km/h :-)
Would have been nice to know how many real km/h's that was, as I strongly doubt the
car is capable of more than 280 real ones.
