For whatever its worth, here's how I got the parts microfiche for my Audis. 

I was real nice to my parts guy at the local Audi dealership.  I have a
'83TQC and it loves parts - new parts.  After dealing with them for some time
I just asked if he had an old microfiche for my cars.  He gave me an old
fiche for my '83 TQC and an old fiche for my '89 200QW. 

Apparently what happens is that the parts department gets new fiches
perodically.  The parts people use the old ones to trade with other dealer
parts departments.  For example, they may trade an Audi fiche for a VW GTI
fiche. 

You may want to try this approach with another dealer in your area.
