I put 90k miles on my first set of Boge Turbo gas.  I loved the control
and ride comfort (firm, not hard). I replaced them under warranty (Boge's)
only because I was doing a bunch of suspension work at that time.  Cost
for four strut inserst for 4000 or 5000 should be in the $200-$250 range. 
Install should cost about $200.  I HIGHLY recommend replacing the strut
tower bearings and the same time.  They are relatively cheap ($15 each)
and are probably worn out.

 My ROUGH estimate is about $1K for each
