Unsubscribe to Subscribe

     Deleting the latest unsubscribe request (without reading it, of
     course), I thought maybe majordomo could learn a new trick:

     1) Potential listee sends subscribe request.
     2) Majordomo sends out welcome message, but requires
        new listee to send an unsubscribe message to test
        listees ability to read and follow directions.
     3) Once unsubscribe message is received, majordomo
        starts the subscription ;-).
