re: rear fog light(s)

There is only one rear fog light, located on the driver's side of the car.  
The reason for this is to distinguish between the rear fog and tail/brake 
light(s).  The fog light is brighter vs. the tail lights, so it doesn't 
look like a tail light on the opposite side is burnt out; it does, 
however, to people who don't know what the rear fog is for.  On some 
European cars the fog light is a purple-ish red color to provide greater 
contrast with the other rear lights.
