Thanks for all the responses on the reset button for my Quantum.  And the 
winner is.....

	Dan Simoes!

He lead me right to it.  From all you Jetta drivers, looks like my 
Quantum is more Audi than VW.  It's under the plastic cover right in 
front of the firewall.  No washer bottle removal required.  Big black box 
with botton facing the rear of the car.  Thanks again everyone.
