The X-header idea is indeed a good one.  However, the problem seems to be that
people simply are not reading their mail.  The beginning of each digest starts
with a "How-To" section on subscribing & unsubscribing, PLUS the intitial
"Welcome to Quattro..." piece that Dan sends that describes in detail how to do
things, so if no-one's reading that section, I don't see how/why they'd read a
header either...
