Don't forget the dealership -- Saturn proved that a good-attituded 
dealers can sell crappy cars. Audi has good car -- the A4 -- but on the 
average, I would say Audi dealers are just average. But it seems like 
there are some extremes (and I got stuck with the bad end of it).

I know starting a new dealer chains like Lexus, Infiniti, and Saturn is 
probably out of question since right now U.S. sales only account for 
minor number of the total Audi sales. But, heck, can't they do some 
"checks" on some dealerships when customer complains?
